This "Port-style" dessert wine is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from the Columbia Valley in the Horse Heaven Hills. The grapes were harvested in 2021 and the brandy used to fortify this dessert wine was made from our own wine. Made in a Tawny style this Port was aged for 51 months prior to bottling.
The flavor begins with Blackberry and Boysenberry, Marionberry and Cardamom hit you mid palate and it finishes on a Raisin note.
