We have anywhere from 12- 16 wines available under two different brands. While the majority of our wines are bottled under our Hip Chicks do Wine brand we do have a very limited production of wines under the brand we have named after our son. Our Tiernan Connor Cellars wines are our Reserve Wines and very limited in production.

This Pinot Gris was crushed and had 24 hours of skin contact. After pressing we fermented it in Stainless Steel and aged it for 12 month in Oak Barrels. That gives this wine a rich creamy nuttiness without it being overly oaky. It has aromas of ripe apples and pear and flavors of Pink Lady Apple with hints of Ginger
